Project developing
The design project is developed by a professional team in compliance with local regulations and legislation. We prepare all required documentation in English and obtain all necessary permits, including DDA permits such as architectural and renovation permits, utility permits, and final building permits, as well as permits from DCD for fire safety and fire alarm. We also handle approvals from DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) and the necessary paperwork, including electrical and load approvals, as well as NOC (Letter of No Objection) for DEWA meter installation. Our licensed architects will prepare all necessary engineering designs to obtain permits for the work.
Selecting materials
Our team includes a dedicated specialist who thoroughly selects and analyzes building materials.
We prefer to use only the finest materials, often sourced from suppliers in the European Economic Area.

The renovation process begins with a complete dismantling, inspection, and replacement of utilities if necessary. Our company possesses all the necessary licenses to carry out repair and construction works for small projects in the UAE. We take care of obtaining all necessary permits and developing engineering plans.
We have established a close cooperation with leading real estate developers, such as Emaar, Nakheel, Damac, Baraka, Tiger, Azizi, Meraas, Aldar, Omnitat, Sobha, Meydan and many others. This enables us to obtain permits for renovation works within 3-5 days. To ensure high-quality repairs, our team includes builders, finishers, and other specialists from CIS countries.
Furnishing
Dubai offers a wide selection of high-quality furniture with extensive inventory and prompt delivery. However, for premium brands, many items on display in showrooms are already sold out or reserved, and deliveries can take months. Therefore, we pre-reserve furniture for our clients, secure permits to bring the furniture into their apartments, and organize the acceptance and assembling.
